The One Call Debt Recovery Live Chat service is available during office hours for customers who feel uncomfortable discussing their debt over the phone.  This service now allows you to discuss your account in private via a mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop device. What is also important to know is the fact that you can use the One call live chat service to ask any question you would expect to ask on the phone.  As well as general enquiries, queries and concerns, the team will also help you with the following areas. Setting up payment plans, submitting income and expenditure forms, paying online and balance queries. The team will also support you with changes to your personal details and any account specific questions you may have.

This free web chat service can be access by clicking the contact us tab in the top right hand corner of the menu. You will then be able to see the live chat button on the right hand side.  Alternatively, when available. you will also be able to see a button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.   Once the service is launched you will be taken to the next available agent who will be able to help you with your query.

    Hi i have received a letter about some amount to pay but I paid off the balance so i don’t understand why i still received the letter that i am not paying when it was paying off the balance.
