We’ve got no land line so we can’t ring any help lines, our old analogue line no longer works though we were told it would still to allow the alarm system, our new digital phones have not been delivered, though Royal Mail say they have, can’t find a chat site to try and sort this, what a fiasco for a so called professional company!
This page is out of date. There simply is no online chat service at BT any more. Goodness knows why – you’d think it was the easiest thing to have people do from home, but there it is.
